Held at the Claycrest Golf Club in Liberty, Mo., Friday, June 18, 2004
Format: 18 Hole, Four Person Scramble
Field will be divided into flights
Prizes: Teams in each flight receive prizes
Longest Drive Contest
Closest to the Pin Contest
$400 Per Team
Includes lunch, green fees for four, carts, gift bags, and free refreshments on the course
$300 Hole Sponsorship
Corporate or personal tee-box sign plus lunch and gift bag
$600 Hole Sponsorship
Includes fees for four players plus hole sponsorship and special corporate recognition
$100 Individual Fee (you will be placed on a team)
Entry fee is tax deductible and benefits the WJC Men's Basketball Program
Schedule:
Check-in and Final Registration: 10:30 - 12:00
Lunch: 11:00 - 12:00
Pitch n' Putt Contest: 11:30 - 12:30
Shotgun Start: 1:00
Awards Ceremony/Social Hour and Dinner after golf is completed
