The Office of Institutional Advancement
The Office of Institutional Advancement encompasses the fundraising effort of the College, including support for:
The Jewell Fund, which helps to finance the general operating budget
Planned Giving, which encourages alumni and friends to make provision for William Jewell through wills, trusts and other estate planning instruments
Major Gifts, which often are larger, current gifts that grow the permanent endowment
Donor Stewardship, which provides close and ongoing connections between donors and the causes they support
Alumni Relations, including the development of an on-line alumni community, the career mentoring program and the National Alumni Association are all functions of alumni communications

An important part of the mission involves drawing together alumni and friends with students and faculty in the learning process through meaningful volunteer involvement.
