Honoring Liberty Women Educators
The Office of College Relations and Marketing at William Jewell College has assisted the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International in the publication of Lanterns in Clay: Honoring Liberty Women Educators. The booklet honors women educators from the Depression and World War II eras for their dedication to teaching during challenging times in the nation’s history. The publication is part of the city of Liberty’s 175th anniversary celebration.
