Heritage Scholarship - $500
Awarded to children of William Jewell College graduates or siblings of William Jewell College students or graduates.
Athletics, Art, Debate, Journalism, Music, Theatre, Telecommunication – amount varies
Talent awards are based upon a student’s participation in certain academic departments or co-curricular activities (e.g. athletics, art, debate, journalism, music, theatre, telecommunication). It is required that you make contact with the appropriate program director/coach before an award can be offered.
Leadership and Service Grant - amount varies
The Leadership and Service Grant is presented to students demonstrating potential for leadership and service. Priority is given to students demonstrating financial need that is not being met by other institutional sources. The FAFSA and institutional aid application must be completed annually.
Cultural Diversity Scholarship - $2,000
At least one parent must be Native American or Native Alaskan, Asian or Pacific Islander, Black Non-Hispanic or Hispanic to qualify for the Cultural Diversity Scholarship. The student must also be a U.S. citizen and enrolled full-time at William Jewell College. The FAFSA and institutional aid application must be completed annually.

New Horizons Scholarship - $500-$1000
The New Horizons Scholarship is awarded to non-traditional age students (25 years or older), based upon academic ability and need.
Out-of-State Grant - $1,000 - $2,500
Incoming students who are not residents of Missouri may be eligible for this award. It was established to help out-of-state students offset the loss of state grant eligibility incurred when attending a college outside of their home states. The FAFSA and institutional aid application must be completed annually.
