Academic Scholarships - ranging from $3,000 - $7,000 annually
Academic awards are presented based on academic achievement. Students with a 3.0 who are in the top 30% of their graduating class (or otherwise excelling when the school does not rank) and a 23 on the ACT normally qualify for an academic scholarship. Candidates must complete the application for admission and the scholarship application. Candidates may speak to an admission counselor to determine where they might fall within the academic scholarship range. Scholarships are renewable each year as long as the student completes 24 credit hours and maintains a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
The William Jewell College Distinguished Scholars Award - 4 Full Tuition Awards
Four full-tuition scholarships are awarded to four early (prior to January 1) applicants. Selection is based upon the level of co-curricular involvement and academic performance. Students must attend a recognition program in February to receive the scholarship.
Oxbridge Scholars Award - $9,000
You must be accepted into the Oxbridge Honors Program. This award is inclusive of all previously awarded academic scholarship and gift aid.
Achievement Scholars Awards - $8,000
Achievement Scholars Awards are presented to National Merit Finalists and/or the top 20 applicants admitted before January 1.
